Heber Springs is one of The Natural State's most popular locations for vacation and recreation. From Little Rock it is possible to get to Heber
Springs by two ways:
1. Go North on I-40 to Conway Take Hwy. 65 North to Greenbrier & Hwy. 25 Right on Hwy. 25 to Heber Springs, OR
2. Go North on US 67-167 for 15 miles, then 50 miles North on Arkansas Hwy. 5 to Heber Springs.

Greers Ferry Lake is nestled in the foothills of the scenic North central Ozark Mountains. This clean, clear lake has been stocked with almost every known game fish native to the state by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. Hybrid bass, the most recently added species, are now reaching excellent size. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service operates a trout hatchery below the dam and stocks the lake and river with Rainbow and German Brown Trout inhabit the river naturally.
The fun never end in the area around Greers Ferry Lake. Heber Springs greatest asset is our natural surroundings and Numerous campgrounds and hiking trails are available. Sugar Loaf Nature Trail, on an island in the lake, has received many awards for scenic beauty. Greers Ferry Lake offers hiking, camping, boating, and outstanding fishing opportunities.
